Attending Pressnomics 2016
Next week myself and Alyona will be at the Pressnomics conference in Phoenix. We’re really looking forward to making the most of this awesome conference. For those of you who are hearing about it for the first time, Pressnomics is the conference for those that power the WordPress Economy. It’s organised by the Strebel family, founders of Pagely. In attendance there will be many successful WordPress entrepreneurs like Pippin Williamson, Tony Perez, Cory Miller, Carl Hancock and of course my podcast co-host James Laws.
What’s Coming in WordPress 4.5 (Features and Screenshots)
The beta version of WordPress 4.5 was released last week. We followed the development closely, and we are excited to report that WordPress 4.5 is expected to be released during the second week of April, 2016. In this article, we will highlight what’s coming in WordPress 4.5 with features and screenshots.
The WordPress Plugin Directory Is Getting a Makeover
In February 2015, the WordPress Theme Directory launched a new design. Konstantin Obenland worked with Samuel “Otto” Wood and the WordPress meta team to update the design and move the directory off of bbPress. Today Obenland announced that the Plugin Directory will be getting a similar treatment.
WordPress Maintenance – an Increasingly Popular and Necessary Service
Over time, WordPress Maintenance services have become more and more popular. Even though WordPress is ‘designer friendly’ and that almost anyone can create a website through its platform, there is a need that has to be filled. Did you know the popularity of WordPress has grown so much that according to WordPress, “Over 409 million people view more than 22.8 billion pages each month.”?
