Sangar Slider – An Easy-to-Use, Layered WordPress Slider Plugin

There’s tons and tons of WordPress slider plugins out there. All provide the same solution, which is slider functionality for WordPress. You won’t want to miss one slider plugin that is still “hot-from-the-oven” at the moment, the Sangar Slider, brought to you by Tonjoo Studio. Sangar Slider comes with very handy features such as drag-and-drop, layer editor, API, template system, smooth animation and much more. This slider is also available in a free version.

Ready-to-Use Slider Templates

Sangar Slider provides 12 ready-to-use templates. Templates are a convenient way to show your slider in different styles. You can use bullet navigation, arrow navigation or even image navigation. The template also comes with horizontal and vertical slider direction. The templates are already up-to-date to today’s web standard. You only need to “click” the desired template and you are ready to go. You can see the demo here.

Templates

Beautifully Crafted. Preset, Ready-to-Use.

Preset is a pre-installed style that you can use right away for your slide. Currently, there are 12 premium presets. Each preset is beautifully designed and crafted. You can choose the preset on the layer editor panel. If you are not satisfied with the preset, you can even edit the preset using the built-in drag-and-drop layer editor.

Layer Editor

The unique feature of the Sangar Slider is in its layer editor. With the layer editor, you can easily build a slider using a drag-and-drop interface. Multiple layer contents are supported: text, HTML code, image, button or video.

Layer Editor

Each layer has a number in it, which represent the order the layer shows up on the slider animation. You can reorder the layer numbers by clicking the number on the layer.

All layers made by the layer editor are 100% responsive. In addition, you can create different layer types for desktop and mobile devices. Unlike other slider plugins, which only focus on desktop sliders, Sangar Slider gives you full control on how your slider behaves on a mobile.

You can even change settings for the screen size, scale, animation, etc., and make your slider completely different on mobile. These features may sound like they are for someone who is tech-savvy, but do not fear. The settings panel is also very easy to use. It’s almost identical to the Desktop Layer editor, as mentioned before, just with a smaller screen size. The perfect, responsive WordPress slider for you.

Animation and User Experience, Intensified

Animation is common in the slider plugin universe today, especially the premium ones. Everyone likes smooth and fancy animations on their slider, rather than static and bleak sliders because it enhances the overall user experience. You don’t need the “Movie-like animation editing” feature, because it will only make things more confusing. Simple and easy-to-use, the animation panel is very modest. There’s no confusing timeline editor or bloated animation editor.

AnimationYou can choose animation on desktop only, mobile only, desktop and mobile, or no animation at all. It’s up to you. And you can also choose how your animation will behave using Animation Type. You want your animation to slide up, slide down, left, right, fade in, out, etc.? No problem. Just one click and it’s done.

CSS Editor and Advanced Options

If you feel the current slider, preset or template is not fancy enough, you can style it as you want. If you are familiar with CSS, then this feature is a big win. The CSS editor lets you style and take full control over your slider appearance.

Advanced Options – Adjust Every Detail of Your Slider.

There are a lot of options here, so you can control almost every aspect of your slider, such as how your slider will behave and how it will present itself to the user. The options are detailed, but it’s still easy to understand, because it’s already descriptive.

Advance Option

Sangar Slider – Conclusion

Sangar Slider is so simple and easy-to-use for newbies, but powerful enough for the experienced user. The features are vast, and its gem is the layer editor, which is joy to use. If you are still in doubt, we provide a free version too, available in the WordPress Repository or through the official website.

Even though the free version is not as full-featured as the premium version, it’s still a solid slider to use for a production website. Check out Sangar Slider’s demo, or even better, download the free or premium version (only $14.95, $29.95, or $49.95, depending on your needs).
